Common EDI Requirements

Have orders from retailers or customers automatically loaded into Sage 200 as a 'Parked' order, via Crossfire's cloud EDI service. If you use a 3PL warehouse, we can easily send this to them when the order is marked as 'Placed', by using the Unleashed API.

If your customer requires to receive PO Acknowledgments, when you mark the order as 'Placed' in Unleashed, this will trigger Crossfire to send the PO Acknowledgment message to your customer.

Send shipping notices to your customers when a shipment is created, or if you use a 3PL, we will create and complete a shipment in Unleashed, as well as sending the relevant shipment information to your customer, if required.

Send invoices automatically to your customers using Crossfire's cloud EDI service, once an order is completed.
